Laura is passionate about all things mind, body, and gut. She works in a neuro-affirmative way with a focus on mind and gut balance, women’s health, autoimmunity and vitality, and trauma and self-belief. Getting to the root cause of dis-ease it at the very heart of Laura’s practice.
She has a special interest in disordered eating and works extensively with young people. A keen advocate of seasonal, local, and organic eating.
Laura provides clients a whole-person approach to health and wellbeing by integrating the disciplines she is trained in.
