Tommaso Perego is a Naturopath, Herbalist, Nutritionist, and Iridologist registered Associate of The General Council and Register of Naturopaths (GCRN), registered with The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council UK (CNHC), The Naturopathic Nutrition Association (NNA), the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP), and the Association of Master Herbalists (AMH).
Tommaso practices online and in-person in central London UK and has clients in the UK, Europe, and USA. Since 2018, He specialised in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, helping people to successfully recover using natural methods. In 2021, he has founded The CFS Natural Therapy Program, to support ME/CFS sufferers and help them re-establish their health naturally.
Alongside his work as practitioner, Tommaso is also a researcher and lecturer, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) since 2014, with research interests such as Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Natural Medicine practices, Naturopathy, Morphology of the Iris, Iridology, and the links between Environmental and Food Policies, Ethics of Foods. and Sustainability.
Most recently, he has been giving talks at the 6th BSA Conference on Foods Systems and Society (2019) presenting on the role of Raw Foods in Diet, Health and Sustainability, and at UMBRA Conference on Nutrition and Ethics (2018). He regularly lectures at the CNM College of Naturopathic Medicine in London and in other institutions.
His latest research is the role of Minerals in Plants in acting therapeutically by modifying the solution of the human fluids. Read the latest here.
