We will ask for confirmation of identity before we provide any personal information and we may, as permitted by the Data Protection Act, charge a fee of £10 to cover administrative costs.
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the GCRN maintains a publication scheme (“the Scheme”) so that information can be made available to the public. The Scheme has been approved by the information commissioner and follows the standard format used by health regulatory bodies in the United Kingdom. The Scheme will be regularly reviewed.
