Julia is a third-generation practitioner – Granddaughter of Bill Spenceley who was the first Naturopath and Osteopath in Thanet and East Kent. She graduated in 1995 from the BCNO, London. After 2 years working in her mother’s practice in Beckenham, and at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in London, she moved to New Zealand for 6 years. Julia returned to the UK in 2004. She combines Naturopathy (Nature Cure) with Allergy Therapy and Cranio-sacral Therapy from a Trauma-informed approach.
Special Interests: Natural Healthcare for all the Family (how to create health and deal with illness safely and efficiently at home); effect of electro-magnetic radiation on health and well-being; vital force cultivation.
In 2025, Julia set up a company – Nature Cure Hub Limited and redirected her practice to hosting online Webinar events. Her mission is to empower individuals to live healthier, more balanced lives by connecting them with nature-inspired solutions that are in line with how our bodies were designed to work.
